What We Do
Observability and Monitoring
We deploy Amazon CloudWatch cross-account observability across your entire AWS estate — unified visibility into metrics, logs, and traces without account boundaries getting in the way. Custom dashboards, alarm frameworks, and anomaly detection are configured for your specific workloads. Every alert is actionable: no noise, no alert fatigue, just the signals that matter.
Incident Response
When something goes wrong, response time is everything. Our on-call team monitors your environment around the clock, triages incidents against documented runbooks, and escalates to your engineering team only when human decisions are required. Post-incident reviews drive continuous improvement so the same issue does not recur.
Patch and Compliance Management
Unpatched systems are the most common entry point for security incidents. We automate operating system and application patching across your EC2 fleet, with change windows configured to your operational requirements. AWS Config rules continuously monitor your environment for compliance drift, and automated remediation resolves common findings without manual intervention.
Disaster Recovery Architecture
Resilience is not an accident — it is a design choice. We define your Recovery Time Objective and Recovery Point Objective based on your business requirements, then build backup and recovery strategies that can meet them. AWS Backup provides centralised, policy-driven backup management across Amazon EBS, RDS, EFS, and DynamoDB. Backups are replicated to a secondary AWS Region, and where maximum isolation is needed, to a separate AWS account entirely — so a credential compromise or human error in one account cannot touch your recovery copies.
Log Archiving and Audit
We establish a dedicated log archive account — a centralised, encrypted repository for all logs across your AWS estate. Encryption keys are rotated regularly. Access is tightly controlled. The archive is immutable from the accounts that generate the logs, giving you a reliable audit trail for compliance and forensic investigations.
